Toast is a fairly new (2009) restaurant in the Fallbrook area of northeast Lincoln. Fallbrook is a new development of homes and businesses. The owners of Toast envisioned the new building space they were working with to have the historic Haymarket look on the inside. They had great design ideas and were able to incorporate woodwork and schoolhouse lighting Manuel had salvaged from the Whittier Junior High School here in Lincoln. They are a sandwich shop, coffee shop, and sports bar all in one. We highly recommend you try it! We are presently (2012) again working with them on an addition to this restaurant.
